Pengantar
Yang pertama dan utama adalah rasa syukur kita karena begitu banyak nikmat yang Allah karuniakan terutama dua nikmat yang sering manusia lalaikan yaitu nikmat sehat dan nikmat kesempatan. Dengan olah rasio dan olah ruh maka kita yang telah dibekali dengan keshalehan individual, sosial dan profesional ini dapat memaknai seutuhnya, mengaktualisasikan dalam kehidupan dan menebarkan kebaikan dan kebenaran kepada orang lain. Sebagaimana firman Allah dalam Al Quran surat Ali Imran ayat 104 yang artinya “Hendaklah ada di antara kamu segolongan orang yang menyeru kepada kebajikan, menyuruh (berbuat) yang makruf, dan mencegah dari yang mungkar.Mereka itulah orang-orang yang beruntung.”
Dalam perjalanan dan perjuangan panjang setiap diri beraneka ragam dan tingkatan atau derajat keshalehan kita. Menarik bagi kita memulai dengan pemahaman pengertian keshalehan tersebut, apa yang menjadi indikatornya, studi kasus, portofolionya, kisah inspiratif dan bagaimana kita bertransformasi dari kondisi sebelum ke sesudahnya setelah menjalani learning process dengan siklus PDCA nya sehingga membuahkan hasil yang lebih baik dan lebih baik lagi secara berkelanjutan.
Pengertian Keshalehan. Untuk memberikan pemahaman yang sama bahwa arti keshalehan adalah ketaatan (kepatuhan) dalam menjalankan ibadah, kesungguhan menunaikan ajaran agama.
Keshalehan individual adalah kesalehan individu merupakan kesalehan ritual ibadah semata, baik itu sholat, puasa, zakat dan ritual-ritual pribadi atau privat lainnya dengan istilah lainnya adalah hablum minallah atau hubungan vertikal antara hamba dengan Allah. Sebagaimana firman Allah dalam surat Adz Dzariyat ayat 56 yang artinya “Tidaklah Aku menciptakan jin dan manusia kecuali untuk beribadah kepada-Ku.”
Keshalehan sosial merupakan tanggungjawab kita bersama bagaimana menciptakan kesalehan atau kebaikan untuk diri sendiri dan lingkungan kita semuanya (hablum minnas atau hubungan horizontal termasuk di dalamnya hablum minal alam). Allah berfirman yang artinya “Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang bersedekah, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan, dan meminjamkan (kepada) Allah pinjaman yang baik, akan dilipatgandakan (balasannya) kepada mereka dan baginya (diberikan) ganjaran yang sangat mulia (surga).” (QS 57:18)
Satu lagi pengertian keshalehan professional adalah keshalehan seseorang yang menawarkan jasa atau layanan sesuai dengan protokol dan peraturan dalam bidang yang dijalaninya. Allah berfirman “Sungguh beruntung pula) orang-orang yang memelihara amanat dan janji mereka.” (QS 23:8)
Indikator Keshalehan. Setelah mengetahui pengertian keshalehan individual, beberapa yang menjadi indikator keshalehan individual ini dalam ajaran Islam antara lain menunaikan ibadah shalat, puasa, zakat dan ibadah haji bagi yang mampu. Sedangkan indikator keshalehan sosial antara lain menyisihkan sebagian rezeki yang Allah karuniakan antara lain bersedekah, menyantuni anak yatim, piatu dan dhuafa, membantu fakir miskin, membantu saudara kita yang terdampak musibah, pemberdayaan ekonomi produktif yang lebih membutuhkan. Adapun indikator keshalehan profesional antara lain ketaatan menjalankan aturan, objektivitas, loyalitas dalam bekerja atau beroganisi, akuntabilitas, kejujuran, integritas dan transparansi.
Studi Kasus. Berdasarkan data The Conference Board & APO tentang Produktivitas Jam Kerja Beberapa Negara Asia 2021-2022. Top Five capaian produktivitas jam kerja : Singapura, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Jepang dan Korea Selatan. Singapura ranking tertinggi yang pada tahun 2022 produktivitas jam kerja 190,41 ribu USD per tenaga kerja per tahun dan 82,49 USD per jam per tenaga kerja. Dalam lingkup 8 negara ASEAN, Indonesia peringkat 4 (di atas Filipina, Vietnam, Myanmar dan Kamboja dan di bawah Thailand, Malaysia dan Singapura.
Selain itu untuk Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Beberapa Negara Asia 2021-2022 secara studi komparasi bahwa Indonesia pada urutan ke 10 dari 17 negara Asia. Pada tahun 2022 produktivitas tenaga kerja Indonesia mencapai 29,40 ribu USD per tenaga kerja per tahun. Indonesia masih di bawah Thailand, Sri Lanka, Malaysia dan Singapura.
Di sisi lain yang turut andil menyemangi dan menumbuhkan rasa optimisme bangsa Indonesia bahwa berdasarkan data trend Produktivitas tenaga kerja tahun 2021 sebesar 84,85 juta rupiah per tenaga kerja per tahun tumbuh 1,37%. Pada Tahun 2022 sebesar 86,55 juta rupiah per tenaga kerja per tahun tumbuh 1,70%.
Dalam lingkup yang lebih kecil atau secara individual, ada sebuah studi kasus berikut ini yang bisa menjadi renungan untuk berinstrospeksi diri atau bermuhasabah. Jika ada seorang, dijumpai sangat rajin beribadah : shalat, puasa, membaca Al-Qur’an, menunaikan ibadah haji bahkan ibadah yang sunnah yang lain. Sebagian lagi memiliki kepedulian sosial yang tinggi seperti misalnya gemar bersedekah, menyantuni anak yatim, menyisihkan harta untuk fakir miskin dan lainnya. Akan tetapi dalam menjalankan profesinya dia malah bekerja dan kerja asal-asalan, kurang bertanggungjawab, tidak disiplin dalam bekerja. Dari analisa kondisi yang ada tersebut rasanya kita bisa menakar keshalehan individual dan sosialnya memadai namun keshalehan profesionalnya belum memadai,
Portofolio Keshalehan : Dimana Posisi Kita?
Untuk mengetahui dan menakar secara sekilas bisa kita petakan portofolio 3 keshalehan tersebut (Keshalehan Individu, Keshalehan Sosial dan Keshalehan Profesional) dalam 4 kuadran yang ditampilkan dengan sumbu horizontal dimensi kuantitas (jumlah) dan sumbu vertika; dimensi kualitas (mutu).
Dimanakah posisi kita ? Bisa saja sebagian keshalehan kita terdistribusi pada kuadran I (kuantitas sedikit-kualitas tinggi), II (kuantitas dan kualitas tinggi), III (kuantitas dan kualitas rendah) atau IV (kuantitas banyak-kualitas rendah). In syaa Allah kita sedang dan terus menuju ke kuadran II yaitu suatu kondisi dari dimensi kuantitasnya banyak dan dari dimensi kualitasnya tinggi.
Kisah Inspiratif. Ada suatu cara untuk menyegarkan dan menyemangati kembali pikiran kita adalah dengan merenungi, memaknai dan mentadaburi kisah inspiratif ini yang bermuatan “Integritas dan Loyalitas”.
Seorang eksekutif muda sedang beristirahat sambil sibuk mengetik di laptopnya. Pada saat itu ada seorang anak kecil membawa beberapa tangkai bunga menghampirinya.
“Om beli bunga Om” kata si anak kecil
Jawab Om : “Tidak dik, saya tidak butuh “ dengan tetap sibuk mengoperasikan laptopnya
“Satu aja Om, kan bunganya bisa untuk hadiah kekasih atau istri Om” rayu si anak kecil.
Setengah kesal dengan nada tinggi karena merasa terganggu keasyikannya si Om berkata “Adik kecil apakah tidak melihat Om sedang sibuk?” Kapan-kapan ya kalau Om butuh Om akan beli bunganya.
Mendengar ucapan si Om, anak kecil itu pun kemudian beralih ke orang yang sedang lalu lalang di sekitar lokasi tersebut.
Setelah selesai mengoperasikan laptop, si Om segera beranjak dari tempat tersebut. Saat berjalan keluar ia berjumpa kembali dengan si anak kecil penjual bunga yang kembali mendekatinya. ”Sudah selesai kerja Om, sekarang beli bunga ini dong Om, murah kok satu tangkai saja”.
Bercampur antara jengkel dan kasihan maka si Om mengeluarkan sejumlah uang dari sakunya. “Ini uang 10 ribu rupiah buat kamu. Om tidak mau bunganya, anggap saja hadiah untuk kamu” ujar si Om sambil menyerahkan uangnya ke si anak kecil
Uang itu diambilnya namun bukan untuk disimpan tetapi ia berikan kepada pengemis tua yang lewat di sekitar area tersebut. Si Om merasa keheranan dan sedikit tersinggung.
“Kenapa uang tadi tidak kamu ambil, malah kamu berikan pengemis?”
Dengan lugunya si anak kecil menjawab “Maaf Om, saya sudah berjanji dengan ibu saya bahwa saya harus menjual bunga-bunga ini dan bukan mendapatkan uang dari meminta-minta. Ibu saya selalu berpesan walaupun tidak punya uang, kita tidak boleh menjadi pengemis.”
Si Om tertegun betapa ia mendapatkan pelajaran yang sangat berharga dari seorang anak kecil tersebut yang memiliki integritas dan loyalitas atas pesan ibunya bahwa kerja adalah sebuah kehormatan meski hasil tidak seberapa tetapi keringat yang menetes dari hasil kerja adalah kehormatan.
Si Om itupun akhirnya mengeluarkan dompetnya dan membeli semua bunga-bunga itu, bukan karena kasihan tetapi integritas dan loyalitas si anak kecil yang memberinya pelajaran yang berharga pada hari itu.
Tidak jarang diantara kita menghargai pekerjaan sebatas pada uang atau upah yang diterima. Kerja akan bernilai ibadah jika hal itu menjadi kebanggaan bagi kita. Sekecil apapun peran dalam sebuah pekerjaan, jika kita kerjakan dengan sungguh-sungguh (integritas dan loyalitas) akan memberikan nilai kepada manusia itu sendiri. Setiap tetes keringat yang mengucur akan menjadi kehormatan yang pantas kita perjuangkan sebagai aktualisasi keshalehan individual, sosial dan profesional.
From early systematic to integrated. Umumnya orang telah melewati tahapan suatu kondisi reacting to problems approach suatu kondisi yang seseorang tersebut tidak memiliki prinsip dalam menempuh kehidupan ini. Ketika kita sudah memiliki prinsip hidup namun terkadang naik dan terkadang turun maka kita berada pada kondisi yang disebut early systematic approach dalam proses menggapai tujuan strategis dan pelayanan. Yang menjadi tujuan kita adalah prinsip hidup dengan tata kelola secara terintegrasi (integrated approach) satu arah dan satu tujuan memadu dalam harmoni orchestra kehidupan untuk penguatan keshalehan individual, sosial dan profesional.
Di penghujung tulisan ini tersurat dan tersirat dalam spiritual message sebagai pemicu dan pemacu serta menambah adrenalin untuk menggapai asa dengan optimis.
“Kamu adalah umat terbaik yang dilahirkan untuk menusia, menyuruh kepada ma’ruf dan mencegah yang munkar serta beriman kepada Allah …..“ (QS 3 : 110).
“Apabila salat (Jumat) telah dilaksanakan, bertebaranlah kamu di bumi, carilah karunia Allah, dan ingatlah Allah sebanyak-banyaknya agar kamu beruntung.“ (QS 62 : 10)
